Think of your strengths and stretches. Make a list of things you are really good at, and things that may be harder for you to do, or things you need to put more effort into.
Listen to A BAD CASE OF THE STRIPES and watch the following videos.
What makes you UNIQUE? Write a list of as many things that you can. They don't all have to be things that you are good at, they can be anything that makes you different than someone else. Example: I have curly hair!
Print out copies of the following PDFs and make your own phone that describes all about you. There is an example for you of some questions. You can print out as many pages as you like to really show all the things that make you unique!
